2025 ..... Happy New Year!

As I sit here creating my vision board for 2025 I came across this quote


"Exhale the old inhale growth. Let go of what no longer serves you and breathe in the possibilities of what can be.¨ 

My word for the year is Exhale.... 

My hope for the year is gain some more certifications to further help those that I serve. 

My hope is to hire some folks to join the team and to create a supportive space for therapists to lean on each other. I also just created a space called Tranquil Transitions Mediation and a website for it that promotes the divorce mediation work that I can do. 

I relaunched a Facebook page and updated the new logo on Instagram for Recharge Your Life. 

I am working toward living without permission and moving confidently in 2025!

Ketamine Assisted Therapy COMING THIS SUMMER!!!

I have joined up with Journey Clinic to bring you KETAMINE ASSISTED THERAPY!  

I will be providing the service in a group format to keep the costs done for you and to make it more acessible to all people in PA! 

There will be six groups with four people in each group. The group will come together for the Preparation Stage  in which we will get to know each other and understand what it is your struggling with and what your goals or intentions are in taking the Ketamine; 

All Participants will be cleared and accepted by the Medical Team prior to starting the Preparation Phase, 

After the Preparation Phase the Dosing Phase will happen. During this Phase we will be together for three hours, 

Then the Integration Phase begins and this typically occurs over the course of at least two sessions.

Lately i have been having a lot of conversations with people about looking at the truths, holding on to the truths and allowing the truths to be the things they see and are reacting to. 

So many times we can get caught up in a place of romanticizing the things that are happening and glossing over the truths. 

Or 

Reacting to something that we think we hear rather than what we really hear 

OR 

Expecting someone to do or be something that they are not capable of being or doing ....

All of these things can lead you to feeling anxious, disappointed, depressed .. ...
